I’m looking for a kind and considerate female to share this beautiful flat with me. It’s a newly decorated, furnished double room in central Brighton and is available to move into immediately. The rent is £600 approx per month, inclusive of all bills. It's definitely one of the best places I've lived in Brighton.

The double room is furnished with a brand-new double bed and chest of drawers, built-in wardrobe and cupboard and other storage spaces are available within the flat.

There are plenty of lovely shared spaces too –a comfortable lounge, a large fully equipped kitchen, and two balconies. Also, there is the luxury of a separate bathroom and toilet too. The entire flat is quiet, spacious, gets heaps of sunlight and is surrounded by nature. Amazingly, it’s centrally located, 5 mins from the Level and resident parking is available (Zone J). The best of both worlds, it feels like you are in the countryside yet within walking distance from the city centre and amenities.

I’m a female tennis coach and an artist, in my early 40s and enjoy nature, meditation, travelling, cooking and watching movies. I am an easy going, friendly and considerate of others. Occasionally it would be nice to share a meal or watch a movie together.

It's a joint tenancy agreement of min 6 months with a private landlady. References and one month's deposit are required.
