I have 2 double rooms to rent in my 3 bedroom house on Tarner road , both over look the garden . Great location in-between Kemp town , Queen's Park and Hanover and a short walk down the hill to town.
The larger room one is a is £680 per month, this is a good size double and has a king Size bed in there

The smaller double is £600 per month and has a standard double bed in there and is a small double room

The above include all bills .The house clean and comfortable and has all mod cons wifi , fully equipped kitchen , washing machine , tumble dryer , dishwasher , tv
Open plan kitchen and lounge .

There's a lovely back garden to enjoy your morning coffee or have a smoke ,

You will be sharing with me Gary the owner of the house ,

The rooms are partly furnished .
