Large Flat in Central Brighton - 5 mins to beach!

Hi there!
A lovely large maisonette flat split over multiple levels. The room is available for short term until the first of January but we have someone lined up for the new year so unfortunately only short term. The house is just off St James Street in Kemptown, less than 5 minutes walk to the beach.

Bedroom // A private ensuite with waterfall shower, double bed and large sash window with lots of natural light outlooking to rear garden. Large Mirrored sliding wardrobe with shelving units and two rails for clothing.

Large shared Bathroom on second floor // Spacious drench shower, massive bath and plenty of house plants.

Kitchen Diner // Central cooker island, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and large dining table.

Shared lounge // Large L shaped sofa, desk area, recrd player and reading nook. Shared use of Smart TV, PS4, Netflix/Prime and board games!

Roof Terrace // Massive private roof garden with outdoor bar area (Work in progress!) Large dining table, sun loungers, and comfy seating area with more plants again!

Large entrance hall with shoe and coat storage and various other storage throughout the house if you need it.

Street parking is Zone C and there is currently no waiting list for permits.

Alex: As a housemate I enjoy a chat over a beer and some good vegan food. Enjoy film nights, board games and getting out surfing, paddleboarding, swimming and jogging. I work from home most of the week so like to keep the place clean and tidy up after myself as I go.

Zahra: I’m a Canadian who’s been in Brighton for 5 months now and enjoy being outdoors; yoga, cycling, swimming and hiking but equally happy watching Ted Lasso on repeat. I work in women’s football from home but I travel from work from time to time.

We eat together a lot (Alex loves cooking!), enjoy good films and tv shows of an evening with the house dog, Buddy (more Info below!) and enjoy hosting dinner/drinks with friends!

We also come with an in house Dog, Buddy. He's a small terrier who enjoys cuddles, food and barking at seagulls.
