Hello Everyone!

My name is Joanna and I am a 33 years old professional living in Brighton for the last 4 years. Currently working from home but hope this will come to the end in September! I am sociable, respectful and tidy person who likes nights out but also don’t mind chilling at home by a glass of wine and a good movie. This is not a party house but absolutely don’t mind visitors.

I have available a good size double sunny unfurnished room in a friendly professional 2-bedroom house share.
I am looking for a respectful, tidy and easy-going house mate who is going to call the place their home too.
The house itself has a very cosy atmosphere and its located in Elm Grove area- 20min walk to sea front, similar distance to London Road. The neighbourhood is very quiet and peaceful, but at the same time pretty central what is a great advantage. There is well prospering neighbours community.
The house has own garden which is sunny all day long so great benefit if you either like to chill on the sunbed in your spare time or you want to invite few friends for a bqq in the summer.
The Cost:

Rent all together is £925 a month for the whole property so £462, 50 plus bills (roughly about £130 per person per month - that includes council tax, gas, electricity, water and very fast&reliable Wi-Fi which is important if you are working from home).
Based on the above the monthly cost is for now £595 which it’s a great price for this what you get: double room, kitchen, living room, bathroom with separate toilet and the garden!

The house is rented through the agency so around £530 Security Deposit applies and rent is paid up-front.
References Required as the tenant will be put in the contract together with me from the 27 Jul 2021. The contract runs for the next 6 months and its fixed, later one goes into rolling one. I have been living here for the last 2,5 year so ideally looking for someone who would want to stay for longer period of time.
