2 Bedroom flat located in Albion Hill.
It's very close to the centre.
Only 6 min. walk to Queen's Park and 5 min. walk to Amex!
My roomate is leaving at the end of this month.
I'm looking to find someone to share this 2 room property until 10 Sept 2021 (could go on or not after this date).
The total rent is 1300£ + bills.
As my room is much bigger than the second, I think it would only be fair that the Rent for this single room (*Unfurnished) be 430£ + 70£ bills. Total 500£ with all bills included (water, gas, electricity, council tax, tv and internet).
*Unfurnished :
Only wardrobe belongs to the property.
However, I'd be happy to buy a bed and a chest of drawers if you have no furniture.
At my own expenses of course!
I have 2 small rescue dogs, so definitely looking for someone who likes dogs as much as me!
Also, I'm a smoker but I always smoke outside in the patio.
