I'm looking for a tenant to rent a double room in my two-bedroom, ground floor flat. You will join my current tenant and their two cats - more about them below. Available from mid-August 2021.
YOUR BEDROOM
Your bedroom is at the rear of the house, overlooking the garden. It currently has shelving with a built in hanging rail, a chest of drawers, mattress and double bed frame, but there is room for more furniture!
SHARED SPACE
There is a shared lounge, with large comfy sofa and TV (not shown in photos due to different set-up). The kitchen is equipped with standard appliances/white goods. There's a sizeable rear garden with built-in flower beds you're welcome to use. The garden is a real sun trap and is quiet and peaceful.
PARKING
Street parking is available with a permit.
RENT & BILLS
Rent is £575pm plus bills.
Bills inc. council tax are £100-125pm.
Deposit is £575, 3 months' minimum stay and one month's notice thereafter.
YOUR FLATMATE
Currently divides their time between studying for their PhD and working in the charity sector.
Non-binary with the pronouns they/them. Would love to live with someone queer with similar values.
Interests include roller derby, activism, travelling, gigs, board games, festivals, horror and independent films, techno, rock, metal, comics, sci-fi and fantasy books.
Their cats, Spider and Lol, are friendly and love attention!
LOOKING FOR
A housemate who enjoys a clean and homely living space, is COVID-conscious and likes cats.
