My partner Stephen and I have a large double room available in our 3 bedroom townhouse. Lovely neighbours and nice area to live.

Central Brighton, 2 mins to the park, open market, supermarkets and bus stops are 5 mins away. You can walk to the beach and pier in about 10 mins.

Your room is very spacious and looks out onto our back garden. has a huge double fitted wardrobe, plenty of space!

Your room can come furnished or not its up to you.

There is a double length garage so plenty of storage for motorbike or bicycle space.

The kitchen is fully stocked with every cooking utensil you would ever need, you will have your own fridge freezer too. There is a dining table for 6 people. Washing machine too.

We have 2 bathrooms, one with roll top bath and the other is a shower room. No queues in the morning!

There is a lovely garden, a patio for barbeques in the summer and space to grow veg and flowers, if that is your thing.

We also have a lovely dog called Weston, and a cat called Frankie, both lovely pets and fully housetrained!

I'm 44 and Stephen is 33, we have been together for 13 years now!

Stephen works for the NHS, and I am self employed, we are both working professionals.

We are not OCD but the house is always clean and tidy, we both absolutely love music, and I cook a lot, gardening and watching films and footy!

The deposit is £1000 paid to our Leaders our estate agents and property managers, there will be referencing which costs approx £50.
