My partner Stephen and I have a large double room available in our 3 bedroom townhouse.

We have 2 offices that can be used for work from home in the property.

There is a double length garage so plenty of storage and space for gym/pilates/yoga/workshop/safe motorbike or bicycle space.

This property also comes with your own off road parking space, if you have a car, very rare in the centre of town.

The kitchen is fully stocked with every cooking utensil you need, you will have your own fridge freezer too. There is a dining table for 6 people, when we are allowed dinner parties again after covid!

Your room could be furnished or unfurnished, whatever you need.

Your room has a huge fitted wardrobe, plenty of space even for a couple.

we have 2 bathrooms, one with roll top bath and the other is a shower room. No queues in the morning!

There is a lovely garden, a patio for barbeques, hot tub in the summer and space to grow veg and flowers, if that is your thing.

We also have a lovely dog called weston, and a cat called frankie, both lovely pets and fully housetrained!

I'm 43 and Stephen is 32, we have been together for 12 years now!
We were due to marry this year.... covid delayed that.

Stephen works for the NHS, and I work for a local hospice so are both working professionals.

We are not OCD but the house is always clean and tidy, we both absolutely love music, and I cook a lot, gardening and watching films and footy!

The deposit is £1000 paid to our estate agents, there will of course be referencing which costs £50.

£800 p. c. m. includes all bills, wi fi etc is all included.
