The area is very safe and quiet day and night.

It is a lovely bedroom where you will feel at home, with an unusual bed that nicely and easily folds up into the wall revealing a sofa and leaving a clear space around you during the day, a very rare feature, but one you will fall in love with no doubt!

The bedroom includes:

- Wi-Fi
- A very generous mirrored wardrobe
- A LG TV
- A washing machine is at your disposable in the communal area
- And last but not least, a super deep and comfortable foam mattress

I am looking for a courteous and responsible student or professional, mindful of others living in the house. I respect people who enjoy regular late nights with friends, or partying day and night, but then, this house is not for you.

No deposit, but 2 months in advance is requested.
