Shared living room

Hi! Myself and 2 other housemates are moving out at the end of our tenancy as we would have finished uni. That means that we are looking for 3 housemates to fill these 3 rooms. One of our current housemates will be staying in the house as she is a second year student moving into her third year.

The house comprises of 4 double bedrooms, a shared living room, a shared kitchen and a shared bathroom. We have a good sized patio garden and a monthly gardener included in out rent. The bedrooms are equally sized and the rent for each room is £622.25pppm. This includes all bills.

All 3 vacant bedrooms come fully furnished with a double bed and mattress, wardrobe (either built in or free standing), bedside cabinet/chest of drawers, desk, chair and mirror. We have a bath and also a separate shower which has been newly refurbished.

Tenancy Start: 15th August 2021 (12 months)
Rent: £622.25 pppm (Including gas, water, electric, WiFi, TV licence and monthly gardener)
Room: Double bedroom fully furnished
Transport: 5 min walk to London Road Station OR 7 min walk to St Paul's Street for buses.

As already mentioned, there will be 1 girl staying in the house. She is very friendly and easy to get along with. We are a pretty laid back house and enjoy a good pub night and the occasional night out (pre-covid times). We enjoy hanging out in the living room watching TV and having house movie nights.
