I’ve been sharing with two girls, professionals, and very kind human beings - we have shared time together but respect each other’s space as well.
The room comes unfurnished but I’m happy to sell the furniture (everything is brand-new, I bought it and built it myself, I still have the receipt of purchase).
There is a huge living room, a toilet and separate bath with shower, and a good-size kitchen with all amenities. We also have a garage/storage room where you can keep the extra stuff or the suitcases for example.
The house is very well located, 5min walk to Aldi, 7min walk to the train station, 5min walk to North Laines and 10-15min walk to Churchill Square and the main city centre.
The rent is £398, bills around £67 and council £51.
We are after a female, someone tidy, clean, open-minded and respectful overall.
