Double Room Available in North Laine

Hello, we have a double room available from 14th July 2021 in our three-person house share in the heart of Brighton.

The house is a cosy terraced house in the North Laines. There is a good sized open plan kitchen/dining/living area on the ground floor, which enjoys lots of sunlight in the summer, and a good sized bathroom with a shower and bath. There is also a very small garden area, enough to hang up washing, store a bike or have a BBQ. A fridge, washing machine and oven are all included along with table and chairs in the kitchen and a sofa in the living room. The available room is a small double, it comes with a bed frame and wardrobe with full length mirror - mattress is not included.

The rent for the room, including most bills (gas, water, council tax, internet) is £512 pcm. The electricity is paid separately on a PAYG meter. The first months rent, bills and deposit (£431) is to be paid on the move in date.

The location is fantastic for the pubs, cafes and shops of the Laines and just a five minute walk to Brighton station, ten minutes to Churchill square, and just around the corner from bus stops on the 25 route to the universities or towards Hove. Aldi and Sainsbury's are also only about a 5 minute walk away.

You will be sharing with Keili who works at the hospital, and Lara, who works in Visa and Compliance at an International College. We are sociable in the house but also respect others space and privacy.
