The house lies in between Elm Grove and Moulsecoomb, it has a washing machine, a backyard, and a newly renovated kitchen. Five minutes away, there are bus connections that will take you to Sussex University or into central Brighton in about ten minutes time.

- - The household - -
You’d be living with three lovely housemates, who are all very friendly and cleanly. Sara, a law student, will spend the majority of the summer in the house, whereas Orlando and Reuben may be in and out, coming down to Brighton for events and such.

I’ve loved living here, the view is gorgeous and it’s location has been perfect for me! If you’d like to live somewhere with pretty cheap rent, lovely roommates, a spacious and fresh kitchen and bath, and a cosy fully furnished room, then you’ve found the spot!
