Small double room in central Brighton

***Please note the room is available from 1st May and the tenancy runs from 7th May onwards and we are offering it for at least 6 months!***

The room:
Small unfurnished double bedroom with built in storage, on the middle floor of the house overlooking the garden.

Bills: £80- £100 per month.

The house:
A cute and well maintained 3 floor terrace house with 4 bedrooms. One bath/ shower, 2 seperate toilets. Large kitchen with a range cooker, dining table, dishwasher and washing machine plus loads of gadgets and equipment. Seperate living room with tv and sofa bed ( we are currently upgrading the furniture and decor!) A good sized patio garden with a tree, lots of plants, seating and bbq.

We are on a quiet street off London Road.
10 mins walk to London Road station and 15 mins to Brighton station. 20/ 30 minutes walk to the seafront and town centre. Sainsburys, Aldi and Open Market are 5 mins away. A really fun and convenient area with loads to do within walking distance.

Us:
We are 30-35, experienced house sharers, like keep the house clean, comfortable and pretty! We've had the house for 3 years and love it here!

Alex is a body piercer and runs a studio in the Lanes.
Ruth is a freelance photographer and illustrator and works for a tea company.
Katherine is a chef who will be working on the seafront over the summer.

We all work different hours which works out well for using the kitchen and bathroom, and peace and quiet on your days off! We usually catch up over a cup of tea every few days and occasionally a meal together.
Alex and Katherine have been housemates for 4 years so we're a settled, easy going group.

You:
We're looking for someone mature and friendly who understands what it takes to be a great housemate!

Preferably in full time work although we might consider an older student who works part time.

We would prefer someone who isn't working from home long term.
