Spacious double room, with parking and garage

Hello, I have a large double bedroom to let in this lovely 2 bed flat near Preston Park. It's a bright space, with good sized rooms.

The communal areas will be furnished, but with space for you to add your own bits. The bedroom will be unfurnished, but with built in wardrobes.

A big plus is that this flat comes with 2 parking spaces (permits supplied) and access to a garage for storage. There are also some private tennis courts and bike lock ups on site as well.

I am a working professional at the local hospital, love a bit of TV/gaming in the evening, a cheeky gin at the weekend with friends, but this isn't a party flat, so would need anyone taking the room to have a similar vibe.

The local area is lovely, with a Sainsburys, cafes and petrol station within a few minutes drive/walk. Preston Park is approx 5 min walk away and is a great place for picnics (or a run if you're so inclined!!).

No bills are included in the rent, but we currently pay around £650 each to cover rent plus bills (including Virgin TV and fast Internet connection) all in each month.

The room is available from end of June, through a lettings agent, which is why the deposit and references are required, but beyond that we deal with the landlords direct, who are very responsive when needs arise.

Happy to arrange viewings as requested. I would prefer a long term plan (1 year+) but happy to consider others. Would also consider Mon - Fri.
