Unfurnished Double Room in Brighton

Lower ground bedroom

Hiya

We are two females, aged 29 and 34, looking for a new housemate for our lovely three-story house in Round Hill. We currently live with another friend but sadly he is moving out into his own place so we have a double room available to rent from July.

The room is on the lower ground floor, next to the kitchen. It's unfurnished and is a good sized double. The house also has a lovely garden, shared living room, big bathroom with bath and separate shower, and kitchen with all appliances.

We would like someone who likes to socialise but you also have to be happy doing your own thing as well. We're not looking for someone who just stays in their room all the time. We treat this house like a family home and want someone who will do the same. You must be easy going, considerate, tidy up after yourself and do your fair share of housework, respect the fact that this is a professional household and we both work during the week. Once or twice a week we cook together and have movie/game/cocktail nights. This isn't a party house, but from time to time we do like to host bbqs or dinner parties. We are very sociable and love going to the beach, pub, on bike rides or big walks together. We don't allow smoking in the house but in the garden is obviously fine. If you're a vegetarian/pescatarian that's an added bonus as neither of us eat meat, but we don't really mind as long as you are respectful. You must be a working professional. No students, sorry.

Rent is £470 and bills are roughly £120 so it comes in at £590 each all in. Deposit is £550. Tenancy is for 12 months. We rent through an estate agent so there will be referencing done by them.
