Double Bedroom in the Elm Grove Area

I have a double bedroom available in the Elm Grove area starting the end of August 2021, looking for a third person to live with us next year. We are both going into our final year of University. We are very friendly, social and tidy girls who are ideally looking for someone the same age as us (18-21) and female.

The house has its own back garden, which is perfect for a sunny day. It has three bedrooms, a large kitchen, and a shared bathroom (one room with a shower and sink and another room with a toilet and sink). There is a bus stop just 5 minutes away, which can take you to the centre of Brighton, the Marina, and the University Campus', and is a 20-minute walk to London Road and Lewes Road Aldi and Sainsburys.

It is £580 pppm with bills included, all we have to do is sort the WIFI out which is an extra £6 a month. The tenancy is from 28th August 2021 to August 28th 2022. The agency is John Hilton and the Landlord is very friendly, who also comes round and does the gardening when needed.
