The house is spacious with a big garden and open plan kitchen/diner/living room. It is much bigger than the photos look.
Rent is £464 PPPM and includes a gardener and parking permit. Bills not included but we will be getting a cheap bills package.
Deposit is £580.
Location is great, a few minutes walk from Sainsburys/Aldi on Lewes Road and 10-15 min bus to uni and the beach.
