There is no deposit and no agents’ fees to pay but we do ask for the first and last month’s rent to be paid in advance.
The rent is £500 pcm per large room and £450 per small room.
The rent includes water rates and there is no council tax for students. There is wifi in the property.
Gas and electricity bills are paid directly to the providers.
