Looking for someone to take my place in a 6 bed house in the North Laines. The location is perfect, a 3 min walk to the train station and into the North Laines.
Rent is £434 a month excluding bills (these usually come to around £70 each including council tax), plus £500 security deposit.
The move in date is the 16th of September. However, you will need someone to sign onto the contract which starts on the 20th of August. However, I will be staying in the house until the 15th of September when I move into my new place. I’ll then pay your first month for you until I can get into my new place! (I hope that makes sense)?
Housemates are all SO lovely and are looking for a relaxed and social housemate to join this lovely home!! They’re not wanting a party house or anything like that :)
Viewings are this weekend as tenancy agreement needs to be signed on Tuesday.
