Cute double bedroom in a shared house!

An airy, cosy double bedroom in a shared house next to the Level / Lewes Rd / London Rd.
You'd be sharing with 3 other professional, full-time employed girls.
The rent for the room is £480pm + bills, with bills it's approx. £550pm.

The bedroom is on the top floor with lots of natural light, the window looks out into the garden so it's quiet at night. The room comes with the bedframe and the mattress, but not the desk (I'm taking it with me). In the room there is an in built wardrobe and a big in built bookshelf. There's also a bookshelf above the bed.

There's two toilets, a bathroom with a bathtub and a shower, a big storage loft, a garden leading out from the kitchen, a living room, and an office room in the basement (it's a spare 5th bedroom we don't use, so we work from there!).
I'm moving out and need to find a replacement housemate asap. Looking for a female professional preferably, aged between 25-35 ideally.

There is no parking permit included.
Cats and other small pets allowed, but no dogs (agency rules :()
