Cosy Double Bedroom In Central Location

**Please note the room is available from Mid March but could be slightly earlier, exact date to be confirmed - tenancy at least 6 months :) **

The room:
Small unfurnished double bedroom with built in storage, on the middle floor of the house overlooking the garden.

Bills: £80- £100 per month.

The house:
A cute and well maintained 3 floor terrace house with 4 bedrooms. One bath/ shower, 2 seperate toilets. Large kitchen with a range cooker, dining table, dishwasher and washing machine plus loads of gadgets and equipment.

Seperate living room (this has recently had a lovely revamp!) A good sized patio garden with a tree, lots of plants, seating and bbq.

We are on a quiet street off London Road.
10 mins walk to London Road station and 15 mins to Brighton station. 20/ 30 minutes walk to the seafront and town centre. Sainsburys, Aldi and Open Market are 5 mins away. A really fun and convenient area with loads to do within walking distance.

Us:
We are 30-35, experienced house sharers, like to keep the house clean, comfortable and pretty!

Ruth is a freelance photographer and creative and works for a tea company.

Katherine is a baker and trainee pâtissier so is often whipping up treats in the kitchen!

James is a charity shop manager and loves drawing, illustration and all things creative!

We all work different hours which works out well for using the kitchen and bathroom and peace and quiet on your days off! We’re a pretty settled, social and easy going group!

You:
We're looking for someone mature, friendly and chilled who understands what it takes to be a great housemate! We would love to find someone who’s the right fit for the house and is looking for a home not just a house share :)

Preferably in full time work although we might consider an older student who works part time.

We would prefer someone who isn't working from home long term if poss.
