Private enclosed courtyard, that is green and leafy even coming into December. Space for bicycles inside or outside. Photographs show Summer and current views.

Natural light throughout the house. Tall ceilings and gorgeous French glass doors opening into the garden. Kitchen/ dining room, with a mezzanine floor which is helpful for storage. Lounge is lovely and spacious with a woodburner which is nice in Winter, Bathroom is upstairs and comes with shower and a bath.

You will be sharing with Steve (32) a young professional. He is respectful, considerate, clean and tidy. Looking for similar.

The house is on a quiet street, though very close to everything happening in Seven Dials with independent shops, businesses, bars etc. It is a 10 minute walk from the train station, 15 minutes to the lanes and town centre, 20 minutes to the seafront.

Cost is £700 plus bills, which are split between two people. Parking zone Q, I am told it is quick to get a permit here. Other areas nearby nearby have 6+ month waiting list.

Plenty of space to work from home!
