Beautiful 3 bedroom house that is less then a ten minute walk to Preston Park station, close to great cofee shops, 20 min walk from the beach and a 10 minute walk down to 7 dials.
1 bathroom and 2 toilets, large kitchen/diner and a super cosy seperate living room.
I have pretty much just moved in and although it is livable now furntiure will improve overtime!
Theres also a lovely little garden and a mega shed for Work from home.
Rent is £550 plus bills which are around £150

Im 28 - easy going, work in brand success for a culinary company, lots of food! Still commuting to london a few days a week. Love being outdoors, yoga, Hiking, skiing, swimming, all the good stuff!
Looking for a lovely clean housemate to share the space with, im out quite alot but would enjoy the odd house dinner and netflix chill when around!
