I’m sadly leaving our lovely house in the north laines. I’m having to relocate for work and would be staying otherwise!
The house is in a perfect location- 5 minutes walk from Brighton station, in the north laines but on a quiet road so noise is minimal. Lots of lovely shops/ cafes within 1 minute walk.
Staying in the house are 3 friendly and relaxed housemates. I have had such a fab time living here and would like to find someone who fits in well with the existing housemates.
We are all pretty laidback and friendly. Sometimes we’ll hang and go to the pub etc but we do also have our own lives going on too.
The house is very spacious, including 3 bathrooms, living room and garden.
The bathroom pictured is only used by me currently, so most likely you will have sole use of that bathroom.
Bills aren’t included in the price. They usually come to around £100
The tenancy begins on 15th January. The contract rolls over every 6 months with a chance to stay on or leave the contract after 6 months.
The room is furnished with bed, desk, mirror and built in wardrobe.
(The drawers pictured came with the room but are a bit broken so I was planning on getting rid of these unless you wanna keep them lol)
