Double Bed Room for Sep '22, Brighton

Room available from Sep '22 on an 11-month contract (there can be arrangements to move your belongings in before 14th August if required.)

The room has a double bed, desk, wardrobe and plenty of cupboard place for storage and clothes.

The house is located within the Elm Grove area, between Brighton university's Moulsecoobe and City campus, both are within walking distance and there are regular bus routes.

The house has a lovely spacious garden with a shed, communal kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine/ dryer, dining area, living room, and two bathrooms. On-street parking is available with a parking permit.

We are all 2nd-year creative students at Brighton University, very friendly and tidy. Preferably looking for another student and simular to age, however, this is not essential!
