Hey! I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy on Crayford Road in a lovely 5 person and 1 cat house share!
All the tenants are super friendly young professionals and are looking for a chill, tidy person to take over the room.

The bedroom is located downstairs but there is a step into the house and the toilet and bathroom are also located up a set of stairs. The room itself is just off of the main communal area and is bright aswell as good size for the price listed and comes fully furnished. The furniture that comes with the room is: wardrobe, desk and bed.

The house comes equipped with a clean kitchen, with a washing machine and a large communal area with sofas and a TV. There is one shared bathroom that has a bath/shower and toilet. There is also a paved garden at the back of the house with a side gate to allow easy access for bikes.

Rent is £400 a month not including bills, which usually come to around £50 not including council tax.

Room is available until early September but there’s an opportunity to renew the contract as well.
