Gorgeous Triple Room in Victorian Terrace

Good Afternoon,

My absolutely beautiful and enourmous room in my house is up for rent, available from Feb 25th. It’s easily a triple size and used to have two sofas in it before I swapped one for a desk with plenty of space to spare and gets stunning natural light in the early evening. Sadly I photographed it on a grey day! A wonderful space if you’re working from home that looks out onto the street and lovely in the evenings and early mornings.
The house itself is a gorgeous Victorian terrace near seven dials that’s full of character, with a giant grapevine over the front garden and a back garden that’s a lovely space to relax in during summer.

You’ll be sharing with one other person and myself around 40% of the time. I'm going to be between Brighton and London for my job. When I'm here I will take the small bedroom downstairs. I am looking for a responsible, respectful working professional to take on the room that I can rely on and that's considerate. Needless to say it’s absolutely not a party house and ideally I’m seeking someone 35+ who is ideally looking for a home long-term. Couples are also welcome to message me.

The area is really lovely and a short stroll from seven dials as well a short distance further into town or down to the beach and the neighbourhood has a real community vibe to it. There's also residential parking.
