The house is very well situated and central. It's 15min by foot to Brighton train station, 12 minutes by foot to the Lanes and 25min by foot to the seafront. There's also couple of supermarkets around which is super convenient.
Rent is £485 + roughly £100 of bills. Deposit is £545. This is a sublet but the letting agency is aware and have approved. The tenancy runs until 29th July and the room will be available on the 8th of June. Ideally we are looking for an other girl or a non-binary person.
I am moving back to France after a gap year here, I've been loving this very cute house and I am sure you will love too. The girls are really kind, sociable and clean.
