Hey there! I am currently looking for a young (23-30), female, professional to move into the spare room in a dreamy seven dials flat! Located just a few mins walk from the station/10 min walk from the beach/ 7 mins walk from the lanes, the flat is in the most perfect location.

Although initially the flat was unfurnished, i have spent the time here furnishing the living room/kitchen/bathrooms so the new tenant would only need to furnish their room.

As you can see in the photos the living room is rather HUGE (and has a sea view).. and the separate kitchen is gorgeous too, The flat has TWO great sized bathrooms (one with shower/bath and the other with bath). The available room is a great size (double bed with plenty of space for other furniture). It also leads out to a cute little fire escape Has space for bikes.

The flat is located on Dyke Road and even has a sea view :OO

You will be living with me (Alice). I am 27, I work in politics, mostly from home but I go to the office in London 1-2 days a week. I’m pretty laid back, and would love someone who can chill/ cook etc in the evenings. Hobbies including running, sea swimming, crafty stuff, pubs etc.

Looking for a professional girl to move in ideally, but would also be open to a couple (to move into the larger of the two bedrooms) as this would reduce the rent for all three and lord knows we’re in a cost of living crisis! I have pics of the bigger room, and can send over if interested :)
