The house compromises of four bedrooms and three bathrooms, one of which would be shared with the new housemate. Large storage areas throughout the house.

Good sized garden with patio area that is great for bbq’s and chilled drinks, there’s also a shed in the garden for extra storage space.

The house is close to the no24 bus route that takes you into the heart of town and also to the local Asda supermarket, approximately ten minutes bus journey from Brighton university. It is also a ten minute walk to the no25 bus route that takes you to all university campus.

Current housemates are three university students aged between 20-24, one female and two males. The household enjoys partaking in sports, nights out and quiet nights in as well.

New housemate must be LGBT+ friendly and have a UK guarantor.

Rent is £575, Per person, per calendar month
Bills come to £75, Per person, per calendar month, these are subject to increase with energy prices rising. Currently the Wi-Fi is with virgin media.
