Hello! I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy on Preston Road, Brighton.
The flat is very spacious studio and has separate kitchen. It gets lots of sunlight throughout the day. The flat has double glazed windows. Landlord has just replaced the boiler and I don't have any complaints about the shower pressure etc. either. Council tax band A. Deposit one month's rent.
The agency accepts either students or professionals but please note that UK house guarantor is required. No rent in advance or housing hand are accepted.
I have enjoyed living in the flat and it does feel like home, however my personal situation has changed and I need someone to take over my contract. Free end of September/beginning of October.
