Double Room, North Laines!

Hello!

We have a lovely 4 bedroom central house in Brighton and are looking for another person to move in. The house is just down from Brighton station so good location and near some nice pubs ;)

We are looking for a working professional, someone who's nice and chilled but also respectful and tidy. Sometimes we enjoy movie night or a couple of drinks so would be great to get someone on the same level.

The room is spacious and can fit a double bed, desk, wardrobe, set of drawers etc and still have some floor space. It faces away from the street so is nice and quiet at night.

The house has a lovely open plan kitchen and living room with a corner sofa, we have a back room with washer and dryer and more storage space and a little outdoor yard so good for storing bikes!

If this sounds like you please get in touch asap! We are looking for someone to move in 4th November. We just need to sort the paper work with the landlord as soon as possible.
