Double bedroom in seven dials

Hello,

I am looking for someone to take over a room in a flat I share with two lovely women, Amelia (30) and Nikki (33). I am moving in with my partner so someone will be replacing me.

The room is a big double bedroom furnished with a bed frame and mattress, a double wardrobe and there is the option of a chest of drawers if needed.

The flat has plenty of character and light and is split over two floors making it feel real large. There is a separate kitchen and living room. The bathroom has a sea view.

Amelia and Nikki are both lovely people who are both sociable but appreciate a quiet living environment. Amelia is a researcher and Nikki works in events management. The flat has the benefit of a private landlady who is great at resolving issues quickly.

The flat is in seven dials area, so really close to town and the sea front, as well as lots of great coffee shops and pubs.

The room will be redecorated before it is available to rent out to fix a small leak in the roof. This includes re plastering and painting the room. The roof is also being worked on currently with the works expected to be complete in the next few weeks.

The room will be available from the 29th August.

The rent is 550 not inclusive of bills. The rent for the area is incredibly reasonable as the landlady has not put up the rent for a number of years.
