Double room calm quite house central location

Hi there ,

I have a 3 bedroom terraced house on Tarner road . It is in a great location in-between Kemp town , Queen's Park and Hanover .

I’m going to be renting a double for one person

I’m happy to rent the room on a semi permanent basis with 3 month minimum period

I would prefer someone who is working or busy studying .The room would not suitable to work from home .

The house is fully furnished and very comfortable and has all mod cons wifi , fully equipped kitchen , washing machine , tumble dryer , dishwasher , tv
Open plan kitchen and lounge .

There's a lovely back garden to enjoy your morning coffee or have a smoke.

You will be sharing with me Gary the owner of the house , I’m a 50 year old gay man ( young for my age I reckon ) . I work as an event manager.
