Hi! Looking for a replacement flatmate for a quiet and cosy room in a shared two bed flat.
Amazing central location close to Churchill Square Shopping Centre and the seafront - right in the middle of town so great for popping to the shops or getting the bus to work. It's also only a 15 minute walk to Brighton Station. Don’t worry, despite being so central it's really quiet!
The room is unfurnished - I use a single futon but you could easily fit a double bed instead. There is a shared bathroom, kitchen and living room which do have furniture :)
Bills come out to about £117pm and we're in Council Tax Band B. Sorry, the deposit is actually £778 - it won't let me put that in!
The flatmate who is staying on is an NHS worker who enjoys social activities, being creative and cooking. They would be keen to have another LGBT housemate. They work full time, so it would be great to have any viewings at weekends or in the evening so you could meet them :)
