Welcome to this very spacious room in this stunning 2 bed flat just off of Dyke Road (near Preston Park station).

My housemate is moving in with their partner and so I am looking for someone to take over their room.

The room is very large. Pictures are shown with a king size bed so you can appreciate how much space there is. The room will be unfurnished.

The open kitchen and dining area is also very spacious. There is a large fridge/freezer, washing machine and built in dishwasher. Plenty of cupboard space to share.

The bathroom is also a good size, nothing else to report here. It functions as it should!

There is also street parking available for free on the weekends and permit on the weekdays.

I am very clean and considerate of other people’s space. I really enjoy having a chat and socialising but also enjoy my own down time so spend time both in the shared space and in my room. I work from home 3 days a week so will be around, but as the rooms are so large this isn’t a problem.
