Room is on ground floor, on Viaduct Road, easy access to Universities, and trains to London. 13 minutes to Central Train station, 10 minutes to Preston Park.
We are off London Road which is now the best High Street in Brighton. Lots of quirky cafes and pubs are on our door step. The beach is 20 minutes walk.
Our house is quiet in the day as most of us are out, the room will be easy to work in and we have several great cafés for working a couple minutes away. We watch movies in the evenings but rarely drink so it's all calm and sensible.
Its a mix of my family and friends. We're professionals in our 30s & 40s. My Dad is currently staying and has a room on the top floor, but he's out all day and doesnt hang out with us youngsters :)
There's plenty of space in the room for working. Just let me know if you need a desk. I can customise the room. I'm looking for a calm and sociable tenant for the long term. Professionals preferred but will consider students.
