A spacious double room available in this lovely and mostly quiet Hollingdean house share.

House includes 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, lounge, front and back garden, and plenty of parking space nearby!

Bus stop is almost next door, where you can take the number 50 to Brighton station or Churchill Square. The house is close to Brighton University and Mouslcoomb station (10 mins walk), and close to Five Ways in the other direction. We are at the top of a hill with great views over Brighton and to the sea.

Various shops and restaurants nearby but a quiet area overall!

You will be sharing with three people, including the landlord, Dave, who works in Digital Marketing and is from Sussex. His partner Lilia is a Post Doc Researcher at University of Calgary and she is from Mexico; therefore they are both here in Brighton only some of the time. If you are new to Brighton we will be happy to give you recommendations and show you around.
