Beautiful studio in Seven Dials!

Hello all!

My partner and I are looking for someone to take over the contract for our lovely studio in Seven Dials. The flat is currently empty and we would ideally like to find someone to move in as soon as possible. Our landlord Jamie is very kind, flexible and responsive. He lived in the flat for a while before letting it to us and wants someone who can find home there too!

We are hoping to find a single person or couple to love the space and create a home as we have. The flat is light, cozy and peaceful and is in a fantastic quiet location removed from the business of central Brighton. We use bicycles to get around but it's just as easy to get to and from by bus or on foot. Seven dials has some great pubs, restaurants, two co-ops, fruit markets, bakeries and a kindly store. The flat is on the first floor, is centrally heated and includes a bath, shower, fridge freezer and gas cooker.

The rent is 950 a month with a 950 deposit which would be due on the move in date. For couples, the rent would increase to 1050. Bills arent included.
