Hi all,

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we're having to leave our flat. It's available from December 12th. The total rent is £1995 and the deposit is £2301. It's council tax band C. As the property is managed by an estate agency, you'll either need to be able to pass referencing checks (proof of an annual income that's roughly £19,950) or provide a guarantor instead.

It's a basement flat, only accessible via a short set of stairs. There are 2 double rooms and 1 single room (that can also be used as an office) - you're welcome to split the rent however you decide is fair. The flat has a spacious living room, and the kitchen has lots of storage, worktop space and white goods included. It also comes part-furnished with two sofas for the living room and two double beds already in the property.

The flat is situated just off Western Road with plenty of shops/supermarkets etc around the area. It's about a 15-minute walk to the station. It's also very close to the beach, which is very helpful when the weather is nice!
