Double Room for rent in Brighton

This is a double room available in a gorgeous 3 bed flat in Elm Grove Brighton. It is spacious, the living areas are great and there's a garden too which is perfect for summer time!
It is shared with 2 other girls, Kez and Poppy (age 23 and 25), who are both creatives. It is a super cute area, with a pub (with a pool table) a road over, a coffee/ bakery a 3 minute walk away and Lewes Road is just down the hill (access to supermarkets, takeaways, shops).
We are preferably looking for a female tenant between ages of 21-28 to join this flat.
We are Council Tax Band A- paying roughly £48 a month and bills and wifi vary month to month (not included in rent).
Kez and Poppy are both full-time workers and we all spend a lot of time at the flat. We want someone who is respectful and tidy, yet has a fun personality and would be up for the occasional pint!
