We have a really lovely happy house with lots of room.
Your bedroom is a sunny double with striped pine floor, lots of fitted wardrobe and large window.
We share a large warm kitchen and cosy living room with striped pine throughout plus garden, 2 separate toilets plus bathroom with super-duper power shower. Fast wifi, dishwasher, washing machine plus 2 large fridge freezers.
Cleaning stuff is included in the rent.
We pay £20 extra each a month to pay our lovely cleaner.
In the house we often hang in the kitchen and chat but it's not obligatory!
We're a chilled house with a very positive vibe, suitable especially for independent active people who like getting out and about and chilling when home!
This is an advert for ONE person per room, NOT a couple although of course friends/lovers are welcome!
We are looking for professional (NOT working from home!) with a friendly, positive attitude.
Frequent bus routes 5 & 5B to town take 22 mins, you’ll get to the pier in 20 mins by bike on flat London Rd and it’s only a couple of minutes to the A23 or A27 by car.
We have a garage for bikes and there’s lots of FREE PARKING.
There is an Asda superstore up the road, a local Sainsburies and the handy corner store for chocolate or a beer is a minute away.
You pay 1 month rent as your deposit when you decide to take the room, first rent payment on day you move in.
