Hi we are looking for a new housemate, we are a couple Maya and Ian with a brilliant 1yr old, Ian has nearly finished his teacher training, and there is George who has moved down from Chester and is a barista.

We have 2 house cats and a bearded dragon..

The house is a 3 storey Victorian with wooden floors and fireplaces , A working Woodburner in the living room and it has a good vibe.

Brewer St is a friendly street, and the house is sweetly communalish looking out for each other, cooking for others sometimes, but not in each others pockets. It's a home. There is parking with a residents permit.

It's close to town 10 min walk to north laines and train station, lots of buses on lewes road, and not on a hill !!!
Bills all inclusive. ALTHOUGH, at the moment this has meant a hike in rent due to the current craziness.....

We are into friends, sharing, music, coffee, chatting and board games,
The house has lots of quiet times too.. It's not a party house, it's a home for nice folk that like living together and their friends.

Looking for someone who is together, sociable, but also likes their own space who is friendly and open but not neurotic and is into having a really nice home and isn't afraid of cleaning 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The room is lovely, large single, garden side, with built in shelves, and wardrobe, wooden floors and fireplace (not working but it looks nice) . all mod cons and a small garden.
