Looking for male/female lodger who works fulltime, no homeworkers please.
The house is 9 mins walk from brighton station and 3 mins from london road station.
The room is aprox 12ft x 11ft.
The rooms are located on the first floor, which has a bathroom and shower room both with toilets, we also have an attic and garage if you need to put anything in there.
The living room and kitchen are huge so no one is in any ones way.
The garden is 100 ft long, enjoyed by everyone.
We have a young friendly labrador called Rosie who gets on with other dogs, and loves to say hello to everyone who comes in.
We welcome other dogs if you have one.

Room is £650. All bills are included, including Wifi.
