Our loft is such a great space to live in. It's big, light and airy, with an en-suite which is just for the use of the loft-dwellers. Ours is a family home in pretty Portslade Old Village. The village is on the edge of Brighton with frequent buses to the centre and easy access to the A23, A27 and Portslade train station. You can also walk onto the Downs from the house.
We are a cheerful family of three - one artist, one journalist, an older teenager, a dog and an anti-social cat. We are used to having lodgers - we enjoy meeting new people and are comfortable sharing our space.
The kitchen is shared. You'll also have use of the washing machine and tumble dryer.
We are looking for a lodger or lodgers, if a couple, who are happy to fit in with a fairly busy family. My husband and I work from home and would prefer lodgers who have a job outside the home.
We would charge £750 a month for a couple. The security deposit for a couple is also £750.00
