Double Room With Optional English Lessons

Friendly relaxed and quiet house, sharing with live in landlady, in Hanover a popular are of Brighton close to the sea, town centre, railway station, countryside and London. The house is comfortable and homely, but not super tidy. I usually have 1 other person. We are a friendly bunch who like our own space but sometimes share meals and TV in the living room with open fire.

I live in a 3 story house, in Hanover up quite a steep hill. The double bedroom is on the ground floor at the front of the house. My room and single room on first floor another room in the loft. The entrance hall and 2 bathrooms are on the ground floor. The kitchen and living room with open fire in the basement.
There is a small garden.

This is a calm, quiet environment, come and go as you please, but and we like the house to be quiet after 10 pm.
I have two bathrooms, one with a shower the other with a bath, both with toilets to avoid the morning scrum.
I have a washing machine, provide bedding and towels and have adaptors, hair drier, and other things to borrow ... just ask.

You will have unlimited access to the kitchen, with cooking facilities including fridge and space to put your food, bathrooms, washing machine, (no drier) wifi, the garden. You are welcome to use the living room and the television. I can provide bedding and towels.

I do ask people to comply with social distancing rules and frequent thorough hand washing. I have disinfectant readily available and ask room mates to frequently clean shared surfaces.
