It comes fully furnished and carpeted with a good solid wooden Warren Evans double bed, wardrobe ,chest of drawers/desk , bookcase and bedside table. It has new double glazed windows and a new radiator with thermastic control.
There is a combi boiler for the central heating so the hot water is instant ,The room is on the groundfloor with the bathroom downstairs which is shared with one other member of the household and has a bath and shower over as there is also another bathroom in the house upstairs on the second floor. It is a four storey town house.
The kitchen has all you need for cooking and for laundry there is a Bosch washing machine on the lower ground floor next to the bathroom and spare/guest bedroom for the house. This is mostly where the laundry gets to air but is also an extra quiet space to read /study.
As the location is so central and on a quiet street this would suit an independent professional looking for a convenient commute to London or Gatwick - as the train station is nearby or If you are working in Brighton and seeking a short stroll to and from work without the transport costs or loss of time as everything Brighton has to offer is within easy access from your door- it could not be better!
It would also suit a mature student seeking a calm and comfortable place to study - as this is not a party house or for bringing the party back after a night out as we enjoy a peaceful house and looking for someone who values the same.
If a relaxing place is what you are looking for and wanting to come back to after work- warm , friendly and mutually respectful-then do get in touch -as we are wanting to maintain this stability. It would not suit someone seeking a very short term arrangement as the rental agreement will be at the minimum six or seven months.
