Please, please, please read what sort of person we require, as you will waste your time and ours responding if you don't meet our preferences. The place is quiet, on street free parking. Close (walking distance) to the hospital and marina (our current lodger works at the hospital). Bus stops not too far away (no's 1, 7 & 21). but not on the doorstep and it is an uphill walk when coming back to the house.

The room is furnished, but can be unfurnished, you just take everything out!! The en-suite is functional, not luxury!

Kitchen has everything a kitchen should and the garden is large enough to let you chill out in it if that is your thing, you can even do some gardening if you want!

I commute everyday so you don't see much of me and whilst I am social and like a beer, you probably need to be able to survive without having housemate contact every night.

Virgin broadband (100meg), tv, washer, dryer, cleaner and just about everything else you need.

You will only share with me and my partner (two people) which means there is a spare bedroom for occasional visitor's.
