Preston Park Station approx 15 mins walk. Easy access to A23/A27. Local post office and grocery shop 2 minutes walk. Lovely park/woodland and a golf course nearby. Quiet, safe, leafy suburbs (10 minutes drive to centre). We're a vegetarian family of two.
