2 Double rooms; One bigger than the other. the larger room is at the front of the house. It has a large built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, king sized bed. and desk. The room is light and has bare floorboards. The other room is at the back of the house, it has a raised double bed, to window cill height, with chest of drawers, small wardrobe and desk.

It's a cosy heated house, fast wifi, radio 6. No shit TV watching in the shared living room!. The house has a large sunny garden, perfect for summer. Wood burner for toasty warm living room in winter....and all amenities one needs in a house; Well tooled up kitchen, washing machine/dishwasher. Central heating, hot showers, underfloor heating in the bathroom. The communal areas are kept impeccably clean.

We are a single female, and one elderly dog seeking peaceful uncluttered house mates. Be lovely to share meals and watch movies, and/or just do our own thing.
I'm well versed in sharing my home, had plenty of short term and long housemates, whilst in between the pandemic-now I've had the place to myself. There is also a small dog living here. Friendly but, barks when there’s a knock at the door, or if his nemesis is outside (Fox)

I work part time, sometimes at home., pretty easy going. Interests; cooking, fitness, art and music. gardening, Indulging in life’s guilt free treats such as cake. Ooh cake!. Roast dinners all year round. I don't drink, or tolerate drunkenness.
Sound ok so far? I'd appreciate a kind, positive, social vibe, that is also no biggie in terms of do your own thing. I'm looking for short termers, and if we get along just fine, and equally if the home suits your needs, then let's agree a mutual arrangement.. this has worked before for someone who, wanted just a month, then stayed for 2 years.

New house mates! Ideally you're in a good space in your heart, mind, health and life, living communally means you want to share your living space, and you've lived with others before. You will have to be a dog lover, The dog keeps himself to himself, though he loves human company, and will bark his approval upon greeting you. Vegetarians preferred, although not a huge deal breaker. Non smoker...is a deal breaker. Truely and Really! The kitchen and bathroom need to be kept clean at all times when sharing! Platitudes that even I have to raise the bar on when sharing..! No tardy heathen uncleanliness.

Suited folks would be Monday to Friday 9-5 er's. - again, a preference, not a deal breaker. Just wouldn't suit home workers. There is no parking on this road, though a permit can be acquired.. it’s a 7 minute walk north of Hanover. Approx a brisk 15 mins walk to RSCH, and 20 mins to the sea..

This is not the centre of Brighton, it's nr to the top of Freshfield road, about a 25 mins + walk into town. But, It is also near 3 main bus routes. Please check that this area is ok for you before you respond.
